Without doubt our most traditional product, typical of the Marina Alta region, where the Muscat grapes with which it is made reach an exceptional quality. It is a sweet wine, dense and unctuous, which reminds us a mature muscat grape.
The grapes are picked when they are fully riped. They are them destemmed and macerated at a cool temperature. Before the fermentation starts we press off the juice and fortify it with a very neutral grape spirit.
This dessert wine presents a pretty straw yellow colour with golden glints, quite rich.
High aromatic intensity. The aromas reveals a sweet and fresh ripe Muscat grape, honey, orange peel, white flowers and apricot. In a swirled glass the aromas which appeared in a still glass are intensified, increasing the sensation of sweetness and freshness typical of the variety.
Fine,floral, honey, velvety on the palate, with citrus overtones, rich, very elegant. Acidity in accordance with the sweetness of the wine, well-balanced and long length.
Ideal to drink with sweet deserts, or simply on its own. A typical and traditional product, with the unmistakable seal of the Marina Alta region.
