General conditions
These present General Terms and Conditions (henceforth General Conditions) regulate the commercial relationship, between the COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ and the user or client, on purchases made through the forms that the co-operative wine cellar has available on their websitewww.bodegasxalo.com.
Purchases made through the COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ’S websites means that the client or user has accepted these conditions as well as the conditions of use established for navigating the web pages owned by the COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ. These conditions are governed without prejudice to the application of legal matters that are applicable to each individual case.

Said modifications can be done, through the website, by any admissible manner but are obligated to fulfil the changes during the time in which they are published on the website and until they are later changed. Information prior to purchase
For the user to use the service, it is necessary that they register with the website and will be unable to finalise a purchase without reading and accepting the General Conditions.
To purchase with NEP through their websites, the user or client declares expressly to know, understand and accept these general conditions of use and purchase. Rights and Obligations of COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ
COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ promises to deliver the product in perfect conditions and to the address specified on the form, but cannot be held responsible for any delivery errors caused by typing mistakes or omissions on said form. COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ, in all events, promises to deliver in the shortest time possible. If the delivery took longer than 20 days and the delay was attributable to COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ, the pre-paid amount for the delayed product will be returned, only if requested in writing by the client. On receiving the products the buyer will receive a delivery note which they should check to make sure that it coincides with their order and confirm that the products have been received in perfect condition. By signing the delivery note the buyer agrees with the products delivered. In case the order is cancelled, the buyer is responsible for the payment of the return charges.
COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ are not responsible for any errors or delays that are a result of mismanagement, inefficient use, bad faith on the buyers behalf, for network connections or for any force of nature as well as any unforeseeable contingencies external to the good faith of the company.

COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ guarantees the quality of their products admitting returns of them in the event that they are defective or have not been delivered in perfect condition. The buyer expressively waivers any claim contractually or extra-contractually for possible damages or losses resulting by the aforementioned clauses. In this case, COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ will return the monies paid for the product on the return of the item.
The obligations and rights of the buyer
The prices that appear on the website include VAT but exclude delivery charges. The delivery charges are added on at the end and the buyer is advised of them before confirming the order. The purchaser is responsible for checking the condition of the product when it is delivered and prior to signing their approval on the delivery note.
Termination of the contract
COOPERATIVA VALENCIANA VIRGEN POBRE DE XALÓ and the buyer can dissolve this present contract for any of the motives established by law and, in particular, for breaching any of these present General Conditions. Any termination should be done in accordance with these present General Conditions.
It prohibited sale to minors of 18 years
The registered customer confirms that he is an adult person.
