Pending

This is the status for the initial order. The order is awaiting confirmation from BodegasXalo or confirmation of card payment (credit card).
Next order status: Confirmed or Paid/Failed (credit card).

Confirmed

The order with this status has been revised and confirmed by BodegasXalo. The orders that are paid on delivery are dispatched by the courier whilst other orders are pending payment.
Next order status: Sent or Paid/Failed (credit card).

Paid

The orders have been confirmed and can be dispatched to the courier.
Next order status: Sent.

Sent

The order has been dispatched to the courier.
Next order status: Complete.

Complete

This status is granted when the courier has confirmed the delivery. If the client does not present any claim or does not return the order then the order is considered successfully complete.

Failed

Orders considered failed have had payment problems and cannot be dispatched to the courier until the payment is processed correctly and only then can the order status change to Paid.

Cancelled

The order has been cancelled by the client.

Returned

The order has been returned by the client.

Complaint

A complaint has been lodged on the order.
