Privacy policy
Clients personal data,provided during the order process, will be stored in a file assigned forpersonal information which will be the responsibility of Cooperativa Valenciana Virgen Pobre de Xaló (Bodegas Xaló), who fully guarantees their compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as with Fundamental Law 15/1999. The client will be informed of their data being submitted into the automated file as well as their handling, which comply with the legal and contractual obligations assumed by said company. At the same time, the client consents to receiving commercial advertising with the objective of informing them of any offers that may be of interest.
The acceptance by the client for handling their personal data in the established manner can always be revoked, without adverse effects, in accordance to articles 6 and 11 of the Fundamental Law 15/1999 dated 13th of December.

Invoices
This shop issues official invoices as obligated by Spanish (and European) laws. For these invoices the clients DNI or NIE number is required, these will be requested during the order process or whilst registering as a client.
Handling of access data
The shop does not store any of the client’s key words or passwords (in a readable manner). If the client looses this information, the system will provide, by email, a link, where the user can change the lost password. This process is automatic without any intervention from the shops administrator.
Secure payment
Personal data and credit card data are encrypted with the SSL security protocol. Credit card information or bank account details are never recorded in our database, but are sent via encryption directly to the bank for the operations confirmation, without the shop knowing the card data at any moment.
