It´s a different wine, whose fermentation has been halted in order that it preserves part of the natural sugar from the grape. It´s a very fruity wine, medium sweet, silky, it shouts freshness from the first drop, ideal to enjoy while eating or alone at any time of day.

Bright, vibrant, lively and pink.

 

Nose
Fresh and floral aromas mingle juicy raspberries and the heady scents of summer garden flowers.

 

Palate
Medium-body, juicy and fresh on the palate, it offers raspberry and watermelon flavors; its gentle sweetness is well balanced by good acidity. Crisp finish with length and balance.

 

Pairing
A natural for sipping by itself on a hot summer day, its fruit and light sweetness will work with salads, pasta, pizzas and lighter meats like poultry or fish.
