Appearance
A clean and transparent wine, brilliant and pleasing to the eye. The colour of intense strawberry and elegant with some variation towards bluish tones.
Nose
Of high aromatic intensity. In a still glass the fine aromas of ripe red fruit are noted, balanced and elegant as well as some aniseed notes, typical of the Giró variety. In a swirled glass some echoes of aniseed aromas appear, with the ripe red fruit aromas intensifying.
Palate
Of medium light travel. Of fleshy palate, lightly sweet and with adequate acidity and a moderately long and bitter although pleasant end. In retronasal are produced the sweet notes of ripe strawberry, rendering the whole ensemble very pleasing in the mouth.
Maridaje
Without doubt a great rosé wine, which will make an excellent companion to rice and fish based dishes from the Marina Alta region.
