Elaboration
We begin with a white wine which is subsequently aromatized with balsamic aromas.

The colour of amber, clean and brilliant.

In the nose are highlighted a whole range of bitter and balsamic aromas which remind us of nutmeg, cloves etc.
Palate
In the mouth its slight sweetness is highlighted, together with a bitter touch which bestows the unique sensations of this type of beverage.
Pairing
A Vermouth to accompany aperitifs, must be served very cold.
