Appearance
Clean and transparent wine, brilliant and pleasing to the eye. Pale straw colour with green glints.

Nose
Beautiful perfumed, flowery (orange blossom, rose petals), white peach, citrus and tropical fruit driven bouquet. Very distinctly varietal with its fragrant, exotic, spicy character.

Palate
Dry, crispy, full-bodied, with some nice acidity, not necessarily racy but nicely there. Floral lavender and heavier floral aromas come out on top of the palate and hang out above the wine in your mouth. Finish takes the white fruit flavors and some great minerality. Lovely.

Pairing
Salad, Rice, fish and seafood dishes are ideal companions to this wine.
Best served at: 7 - 10 ºC
